Text and Tell, a new service offered by Tech Dining, provides students with the opportunity to provide real-time feedback on their dining experience to management. Did the ketchup run out? Really love a menu item and want to see it again? Text and Tell is the way guests can notify the staff.
To use Text and Tell, text 55744 and start your message with the location code. For example, Brittain, Cluck, or Kaldis. Each location has its code posted in multiple areas throughout the operation.
Once a message is sent, the guest receives an automated response letting them know the message has been received. That message is reviewed in real-time by a manager on duty who can address any concerns.
